Problem Note 58178: PROC GAMPL outputs incorrect upper and lower confidence limits when the PRED= option is omitted from the OUTPUT statement
In PROC GAMPL, if you specify the LOWER= or UPPER= option or both in the OUTPUT statement, and you omit the PRED= option, the confidence limits in the output data set are incorrect. If both limits are requested without the predicted values, the problem is obvious because the lower limit is larger than the upper limit.
To avoid the problem, request the predicted values when requesting either or both of the confidence limits.

fixed.
If you specify the LOWER= or UPPER= option in the OUTPUT statement in PROC GAMPL, the output limits are incorrect unless you also specify the PRED= option.
